Request to be added to a delivery route.

Let us take the hassle out of your laundry days and save you at least one errand by requesting to be added to one of our delivery routes and let our team do all the work for you.


Step 1: Sign in

To request to be added to a delivery route start by clicking the “Sign in | Sign up” button on our homepage and sign in using your mobile number or Email, or,

follow the link to your personal customer portal found in any of our TXTs or emails. (Can’t find any communications? Don’t forget to check your junk/spam folder or call the team at 07 578 5703 to check if we have the correct contact info.)


Step 2: Tap the “Request to be added to a route” button.

Step 3: Update delivery address

Enter your delivery address details, remember we run our delivery routes between 9am and 4pm so if it is easier or more convenient to collect your items from you at work put your work address in here.

If you have already added your address when setting up your account you can simply select the preferred delivery address from the options.


Step 4: We have now been notified

We have now been notified of your request and will be in touch shortly.


Step 5: Bask in the glory

Once you’ve been set up on one of our routes you can request a pickup at the press of a button. Click here for more information.

Now you can have our team take care of all your laundry and drycleaning while you spend your time doing more of the things you love.
