Add a delivery or billing address to your account

Take advantage of our delivery service and Add a delivery or billing address to complete your account setup

Step 1: Get Started

Get started by clicking the “Sign in | Sign up” button on our homepage and sign in using your mobile number or Email, or,

follow the link to your personal customer portal found in any of our TXTs or emails. (Can’t find any communications? Don’t forget to check your junk/spam folder or call the team at 07 578 5703 to check if we have the correct contact info.)

Step 2: Access the menu

Open the menu by tapping/clicking on the three lines at the top of the screen (if you are using a desktop or larger screen then the menu will already be available on the right hand side)

Step 3: Tap/Click on the “addresses” button

Step 4: Add, Edit, update your address

To add an address tap the “Add new address" button at the bottom of the screen.

If you already have any saved addresses they will show up here, you can update or remove them by tapping on them.

Step 5: Enter your delivery address details

Fill out your details:

Street address

Apartment and/or building or floor (mostly for business delivery addresses)

City – Tauranga

State – you can leave this blank or enter Bay of Plenty

Zip Code – this is your post code. If you don’t know yours, you can find it here.

Tap continue at the bottom.

Keep in mind we will be delivering during standard business hours so it may be better/easier if you use your work address if that is possible.

Step 6: Let us know of any nuanced delivery details

Here you can provide any other details you may want our delivery team to know about such as, leave with receptionist, or, leave hanging on rail next to door etc. you can even add a photo so our team knows exactly what to do!

All Done! You can now request to be added to a delivery route and start enjoying the time saving benefits of having our team take at least one job off your hands.
