Add delivery details to your delivery address

Make sure your delivery and pickup goes as smoothly as possible by adding some specific details and instructions for our drivers to follow.

Step 1: Get Started

Get started by clicking the “Sign in | Sign up” button on our homepage and sign in using your mobile number or Email, or,

follow the link to your personal customer portal found in any of our TXTs or emails. (Can’t find any communications? Don’t forget to check your junk/spam folder or call the team at 07 578 5703 to check if we have the correct contact info.)

Step 2: Access the menu

Open the menu by tapping/clicking on the three lines at the top of the screen (if you are using a desktop or larger screen then the menu will already be available on the right hand side)

Step 3: Tap/Click on the “addresses” button

Step 4: Tap/Click on the “Edit” button

You should already have an address saved if you have been added to a route so simply tap or click on the edit button on your saved address. If you want change, or add an address check out this walkthrough here https://www.pristinedrycleanersltd.com/post/how-to-add-a-delivery-or-billing-address

Step 5: Edit your address and add delivery instructions

Tap the little blue “add image” button to add a photo of the precise spot you would like our drivers to leave/collect your orders, or, to instruct our drivers how to access the correct area for deliveries. And,

Tap the edit button in the little text box further down to provide any other details you may want our delivery team to know about such as, leave with receptionist, or, leave hanging on rail next to door, or, entry gate code is XXXX, etc.

Keep in mind we will be delivering during standard business hours so it may be better/easier if you use your work address if that is possible.

All Done! You're now added to a delivery route and ready start enjoying the time saving benefits of having our team take at least one job off your hands at the press of a button.
