We collect your items, process them at Pristine and return them once complete. Simple.

Once your account is set up, you can schedule collections through your personal Customer Portal and manage your delivery details from your phone or computer.
Home or work?
Our pickup and delivery routes operate during business hours, making your workplace a convenient option.
If you’d rather not take your items into your place of work, you can nominate a safe place for our drivers to collect and return your items and securely save those instructions in your personal Pristine Customer Portal.
You can save any collection and delivery instructions in your personal Pristine Customer Portal, whether it’s a reception desk, a designated safe place or even who to ask for at the intercom, the more information our driver has, the smoother everything runs.
One less errand
From dry cleaning and shirts to bedding, laundry and more, we collect, care for and return your items to your door. All you have to do is put them away—we haven’t quite figured out how to do that part for you yet.
