Scheduling a pickup and delivery

Once your account is all setup and your details are sorted follow these simple steps to schedule a delivery order pickup.


Step 1: Sign in

Get started by clicking the “Sign in | Sign up” button on our homepage and sign in using your mobile number or Email, or,

follow the link to your personal customer portal found in any of our TXTs or emails. (Can’t find any communications? Don’t forget to check your junk/spam folder or call the team at 07 578 5703 to check if we have the correct contact info.)


Step 2: Tap the “Schedule a pickup” button.

Step 3: Select date and time

Select which day and time slot you would like to have your items collected; time slot options may vary depending on how close to your desired collection date you are making the request and the address of your pickup location. If you have any issues with this step, feel free to contact the team on 07 578 5703 .


Step 4 & 5: Review and add Notes

Here you can review your pickup date, time slot, and address, if everything is in order you’re good to go just tap the “place order” button.

If you would like to add further details for our cleaning team (like ketchup on collar or coffee spill on front etc) or our drivers (bag will be left next to blue bin right of the door etc) you can enter that here too by tapping the “edit” buttons next to the appropriate field.


Step 6: Bask in the glory

You can now relax knowing you’ve ticked one more thing off your todo list without lifting a finger, well, maybe you’ve lifted a finger or two to tap your devices screen but you know what I mean.

Future orders will be even easier now that all of your account and delivery details are saved for next time.
