How to Set Up Your Account to Redeem Rewards

To be eligible to redeem your voucher your details will need to be complete and up to date. If you haven’t completed your account yet, simply follow these easy steps:

Step 1: Sign in

Get started by clicking the “Sign in | Sign up” button on our homepage and sign in using your mobile number, Email, or, follow the link to your personal customer portal found in any of our TXTs or email communications.

(Can’t find any communications? Don’t forget to check your junk/spam folder or call the team at 07 578 5703 to check if we have the correct contact info.)

Step 2: Tap redeem

Tap the 'redeem reward' menu icon to open the menu.

If you have already completed your account setup by entering a billing and/or delivery address/es the redeem reward button will appear blue, just click that and boom, $15 credit will be added to your account. If not follow the next steps to complete your account details and redeem your reward!

Step 3 & 4: Complete your account details

If you haven’t already completed your account details, you will need to add a billing and/or delivery address. To do so, simply click the “add an address to redeem” button.

Fill out your details:

Street address

Apartment and/or building or floor (mostly for business delivery addresses)

City – Tauranga

State – you can leave this blank or enter Bay of Plenty

Zip Code – this is your post code. If you don’t know yours, you can find it here.

Tap continue at the bottom.

Step 5: Review your address

Your saved addresses will display here. You can now return to home by tapping the button at the bottom of the screen.

Step 6: Redeem Reward

You can now redeem your voucher by tapping the redeem button.

Redeeming future rewards

Now that you have completed your account setup, you can easily redeem your rewards vouchers from your portal home screen or straight from your reward notification email at the touch of a button.

Now, get ready to enjoy your rewards!
