How to access your customer site, Apple iOS

The easiest way to manage all your order details, payment options, receipts, REWARDS, pickup/delivery options, and personal details and preferences is to save your customer portal to your home screen for quick easy access.


Save our Customer Portal to your Apple iOS home screen with a few simple steps.


Step 1: Sign in

Sign in using your mobile number or Email, or follow the link to your personal customer portal found in any of our TXTs or emails. (can’t find any communications? Don’t forget to check your junk/spam folder or call the team on 07 578 5703 to check we have the correct contact info)


Step 2: Open the share menu

Tap/click the share icon (the small box with the arrow) from your safari browser, if you’re using Chrome on iOS the share icon can be found at the right side of the URL bar at the top.


Step 3: Add to home screen

Tap "add to home screen" from the menu options


Step 4: Name your personal app

Enter a name to display with the tile on your home screen


Step 5: Enjoy your personalised benefits

Tap on the tile like any other app on your device and enjoy all our personalized features.
