Loyalty Card Terms and Conditions

ONE (1) STAMP PER VISIT TO LOCATION WITH FULL PAYMENT OF ANY VALID ORDER/S

1. The Pristine Drycleaners Customer Loyalty Program is operated by Pristine Drycleaners (2011) ltd (We, Us or Our). By participating in our Loyalty Card Program, you the customer (cardholder, they) agree to the following Terms and Conditions.

How to participate

2. All cash sale customers are entitled to a free Loyalty Card as part of the normal mode of sale. To Join our free Loyalty Program, you must collect a Loyalty Card from our store, this excludes any credit account or business/commercial laundry customers.

3. Upon visiting our store and making payment in full for any laundry or drycleaning order/s, one (1) stamp will be awarded should a valid Loyalty Card be presented at the time of payment.

4. Only one stamp will be awarded per visit regardless of how many items are in the order or how many orders are collected/placed during that visit. Stamps cannot be awarded for any prior purchases, nor will additional stamps be provided should multiple orders be placed in a single visit to our site.

5. Only valid Pristine Drycleaners stamps will be accepted. No other forms of Loyalty Points (hole punch, invalid stamps, or other such marks) will be deemed valid.

How do I redeem my Rewards?

6. To redeem rewards, you must present a valid Loyalty Card at the point of sale when making payment in full in store.

7. A 10% discount can be redeemed upon presentation of four (4) valid stamps in circles marked 1,2,3,4.

8. Rewards cannot be redeemed on the same visit where a stamp is earned and awarded, nor will a stamp be provided for the visit where a loyalty program offer discount is used.

9. A 25% discount can be redeemed upon presentation of a card with eight (8) valid stamps in circles marked 1,2,3,4,6,7,8,9, stamps in the discount circles do not contribute to the eight total stamps.

10. Rewards can not be redeemed on the same visit where a stamp is earned and awarded, nor will a stamp be provided for the visit where a loyalty program offer discount is used.

11. The Card Holder must forfeit the valid Loyalty Card when the second discount reward is claimed.

12. Loyalty Card rewards may only be redeemed on one (1) order, once per transaction or redemption. No other retail Items or orders can be included. No other Loyalty Card, discount coupon, or offer may be used in conjunction.

13. Please be advised that offers of stamps and or discounts will be at the sole discretion of Pristine Drycleaners personnel.

Additional Information

14. We are not responsible for any lost, stolen, or damaged Loyalty Cards.

15. Loyalty Card stamps or rewards can not be aggregated, combined, or swapped between multiple cards in any way, this includes combining multiple cards or discounts earned even on a single card. All stamps must be earned and collected on a single Loyalty Card for rewards to be redeemed.

16. Loyalty Cards cannot be used in conjunction with any other offer or discount.

17. Loyalty Cards cannot be redeemed or exchanged for cash or any other rewards.

18. You cannot sell or transfer your Loyalty card to anyone else.

19. Discounts cannot be used in conjunction with any other offer, discount, promotion, or credit accounts and excludes retail items, wedding gowns, commercial services, and specialty services such as leather and fur.

20. We reserve the right to terminate your membership in our Loyalty Program if we believe you have engaged in fraudulent or unlawful activity or have failed to comply with these Terms and Conditions.

21. We may discontinue our Loyalty Cards in our sole discretion, at no liability to you. If so, we will notify you by publicly posting on our website at www.pristinedrycleanersltd.com

22. We may change these Terms and Conditions or add new Terms and Conditions at any time in our sole discretion. If so, we will publish an updated version on our website at www.pristinedrycleanersltd.com. Your continued participation in our Loyalty Program will constitute your acceptance of such changes.
